How fees work
- Processing fee depends on the plan length you pick (e.g. 1 month is 0%, while longer plans may be charged monthly).
- For 3-month plans, Shopee marketplace checkout is typically 0%, but other platforms may charge 1.5%/month.
- Special Programme sellers may offer reduced rates (e.g. 0% up to 6 months, and 0.75% per month for 12 months).

Late payment fee is RM10 and your account may be frozen until paid.
Availability
18- and 24-month tenures, and 12-month Special Programme rates, may roll out in phases and may not be available to all users or sellers.
